my motorcyle diaries without motorcycles chapter one
Chapter One

if you watched the exorcism of emily rose, in the movie, at preceisely 3AM in the morning, that's the most likely time that a demon will mess with you. What happens then is that your watch/ clock will stop the moment it strikes 3 and then a demon will start choking you out or closing doors and weirding you out. Well, ever since we checked in our bags and all for our flight, my cellphone and digi alarmclock resets to 3PM Feb 18th: the day we boarded the plan. Now logic (or peter) tells me that the reason why my digi devices are messed up is because of some sort of magnetic field that has been messing with my devices when they were scanning our baggage, but i like to entertain the thought sometimes at night that a demon's trying to mess with me. Not that I would ever want that to happen or anything but it's just a thought.

the moment we stepped off the plane into the airport carrier it was like a blanket of heat hit us... or maybe it was that demon? (we arrived at around 8:30 at night)... proceeded to strip off the many layers of clothes that we had bundled on. Made it to the resort Villa Tortuga in about 30 minutes after taking a shuttle there and upon looking around my first reaction in my head was.: "Why are there so many old ppl here?" (the lobby just happened to be the place where the elderly congregated to after dinner....the youngings would come out at night tho and cause ruckus). Managed to make the buffet a couple minutes before it closed and had our first hit of Sodexo quality food consisting of nasty beef liver, plenty of corn...cubans looooovvvvve corn, and black bean rice. Amazingly despite eating pink burger patties and hot dogs that came right out of the package, NO food poisoning. Things that make you go hmmmm. But the food did get better as the days went by. After food went down, we hit the beach for some star gazing, and by golly, some stars we did see (thank you upgraded contact lenses... I see you Orion!)

to be continued!!!!!!!!

just be glad we werent with the approximately 300 queens con-ed, commerce and applied science students. to go to cuba and for the atmosphere to be like queens (too white and rowdy) would have killed the trip. we would have been at hedonism iii instead of hedonism ii.
