Katz: "coming up the stairs...everything smells like pee" (in reference to the stairs leading up to our apartment smelling like pee)
(later at around 3PM)
Eric: yeah man, i was downstairs earlier today and there was a guy outside talking to another guy and yeah man, he smelled homeless. Now everything down there smells homeless!
Therefore according to Eric Nei, the term 'homeless' is synonymous with 'stale urine'. INTERVENTION!
