so i got a letter in mail today from the University of Hawaii. And it wasn't one of those huge Manilla envelopes, but instead the small ones that u receive bills and credit card statements in. And it was paper thin. Crap.
And inside were these words:
"Congratulations! You have been admitted into our MSW program. However, based on a review of your application material, it has been determined that you do not meet the MSW program's liberal arts perspective requirement in the following area: Biological Science."
So yeah I'm officially in but i need to either summarize a intro bio text book thru a critical analysis paper or take an intro to bio course come fall in hawaii. But yeah, I'm officially going to Hawaii come August so thanks so much for all the inquiries, prayers, and support along the way... Really means a lot to me that you guys all have my back! Next step is to find housing over there and to start me on some biology readings. Alo-freaking-ha! =) |
